Why does Control Rig skeleton refresh make camera movement stuttering?

Hello, if i take the controll rig CR_Mannequin_body from the ThirdPersonTemplate, make a duplicate of it and do a refresh of the sekeleton with an other copy of the original SKM_Many, the camera moving arround for a minute does stutter and feels like 10 frames per second. Using the CR_Mannequin_body without midification does work smoothly at any time. I could see using the Task-Manager that the GPU ist not being used after the referesh of the skeleton while moving. Moving with the unmodified rig consumes about 30% GPU, using the refreshed skeleton rig drops to 9% while moving.

Can somebody reproduce this issue or do i have to change something to apply an other skeleton to the duplicated control rig ?

EDIT: The camera stuttering is while rotating in the preview arround the mesh.
