I see content I “buy” (it’s free), but my option when I buy is add to Project. I took this free asset called Hospitality Pack. I created a new project and added the asset, but I don’t see the asset. Is there like a Stage or Scene Manager in Unreal? If yes, how do I show it.
And I still don’t understand compiling shaders. I have an idea to open Unreal and 10 minutes later watching it compile shaders I lost interest. Why compiles 1000 of shaders if none are used? Compile on demand would make a lot more sense to me. I know this is a never ending rant, but make compiling shaders an option or something.
Overall though, to me if you buy content, it should not be for one project, I don’t understand the Add to Project instead of having a project open and adding assets is what I am more used to (IClone, Omniverse). Can someone explain why it is like this?
Thanks, last year I got 4 minutes into a 5 hour tutorial. I want to get 5 more minutes in this year is my goal.
