Why do parts of my landscape flicker and disapear as camera moves?

**I’m using UE4 4.13.1

I have a landscape to which I attached a very basic material and the square edges disappear when the camera gets away from it and as I move the camera closer or turn around it new part appear and other disappear depending on how I move around it, I think its a problem with tessellation or world displacement. But this is driving me crazy I tried to tweak the values and I can’t solve it. I read online that you can solve it if you add a “Min” node with a value of 0.1, I tried but nothing changes.

Because you are using tessellation.
It’s broken in 4.13.x and is targeted for a 4.14 fix.
