Why do I have $30 on my account now and how do I update my editor?

So I purchased UE4 in the past, a few months worth, and I’m currently at version 4.2.1. I just saw that UE4 is now free. So, how can I update mine to the latest version? And why do I have $30 credit?

For latest version just press “Add versions” in Library and choose the latest

Basically you were given $30 credit for being a subscriber and supporting Epic in the past.

You need to update your launcher and the rest will update … I know the servers were a little busy yesterday … so you may need to be a little patient.
