Why developers in Belarus were blocked ? It is longer impossible to download UE4.

Some time ago I asked support why we have no Belarus in the list of countries on the payment page. was the answer:

I apologize for the inconvenience. Due to US laws, Belarus is an export restricted country. Therefore, we would not be able to license Unreal Engine 4 for Belarus at time. I am sorry for the inconvenience.

So I consider block as next step for preventing unwanted usage of UE by citizens of ‘export restricted’ countries.
