Just making sure. Did you try disabling Cloth Paint tool (‘Deactivate Cloth Paint’ button). If yes, have you tried moving your root bone after that?
Yes, I did :(, I also tried to use the tool with other skeletal meshes and it is the same.
It wasn’t working for me either until I unchecked “cast shadows” in the asset details panel. Not sure why???
