Why can't I profilegpu in a development build?

I’m using a Rift CV1. When I run profilegpu in editor, It shows up fine, but the build is under performing and I can’t troubleshoot it since running profilegpu in my development build does nothing.

After running a few tests, this appears to be working as intended. This command does not work in a packaged game. However, you could try using Unreal Front End to capture data. I have provide a link to documentation below that will help you get started in the correct direction.
