I downloaded the Epic Games Launcher just fine, with no errors what so ever. When ever i try to open the launcher, nothing happens. My cursor’s loading icon appear for like 5 seconds and then it just disappears and the launcher never opens

i open epic games launcher and it doesnt open the corrct page and doesnt come up with ‘Launch’ but instead it comes up with Unreal engine
The same thing is happening to me. I press open and the mouse has aload Icon for five seconds and then nothing happens. There seems to be something stopping the backround process from turning into and app. please help.

I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled 20 times, the same thing happened every time. The blue loading wheel. And then nothing happened.
If I have a PC with windows 10 home, an Intel Pentium quad core Processor N4200, and Intel HD Graphics, should I be able to run the epic games launcher, because I have the same problem.
