Hi,
I have recently downloaded the unreal engine launcher and installed it, however when I open it and try to login i get an error ‘Unable to authenticate account’.
Do i need to wait some length of time before my account becomes active or before the first payment for it has been authorised?
It is odd as i can login to my account online with no problems.
I have tried several times now by installing it on different drives and in the default location but nothing happens it just wont let me login. I have also removed and downloaded it fresh a couple of times just in case but still no luck. Any change anyone else has had this problem and nows how to fix it?alt text
