Why can't I launch or export?

Hello, can you please help me, I cannot launch or package a project. This is the error

When I looked up this file location written in error message it said that it did not exist and I found out that there was no binaries folder in my project file

Then I tried to move binaries folder in my project file but it still did not work.

PLEASE CAN YOU HELP ME?

sometimes it helps to delete your intermediate folder so it will rebuild the build cache.
Another useful trick is to migrate the levels to a clean project, it will leave unused stuff behind
