Why can't I install Datasmith for unreal engine 4.24.3

I can’t install Datasmith for unreal engine 4.24…
If I push Install to Engine it says that there is not a compatible engine installed and if I try to download for example version 4.23 it lets me install it and on the library tab under ENGINE VERSIONS and if I click on the installed plugins I can’t see the datasmith plugin there but if I try to install it again it says that it is already installed to every compatible engines.

Starting with UE 4.24, the Datasmith tool is now a core feature of Unreal Engine, meaning its automatically included and does not need to be installed via an external plugin.

Depending on the type of project you create in 4.24, you may still need to enable Datasmith in the editor. If its not on by default, then just go to Edit > Plugins > Import and activate it.

I’m in Edit > Plugins but there’s no import button… there is a new plugin button but I suspect that’s not it.
