Why can't I import a .e57 file type for a Lidar Point Cloud?

I am receiving an error while trying to import a .e57 file for Lidar Point Cloud. To confirm, I have followed all the necessary steps for uploading this file type under the Lidar Point Cloud section in the UE5 Manual including installing the Lidar Plugin. The .e57 file is from a Matterport Pro 2 camera and is being downloaded directly from my account portal on the Matterport website. I have attached a screen shot below with the error message I am receiving. I am also able to upload a .xyz of the same file fine but the point cloud quality isn’t as good. Does anyone have any advice on how to fix this? Thanks!

You need to add the Lidar Point Cloud Support Plugin.
