When I try to sign up on Epic’s creator portal it shows the following error - “The creator’s Epic account: 1) must be at least 30 days old before applying; and at least 7 of the last 30 days must have included time editing in Fortnite Creative, Unreal Editor for Fortnite (UEFN) and/or Unreal Engine OR 2) spent and redeemed $75.00 (based on USD prices) in the last 90 days on Fortnite in-game products. Gift cards do not apply to this spending threshold.”
My account is far older than 30 days, being opened during Chapter 2 Season 5, and I have spent a considerable amount of time editing in Fortnite Creative within the last 30 days, meaning I should meet the eligibility criteria.
Why can I not enroll for the island creator program??
