Why can’t I drag any animations or pose assets into the aim offset? Is this a bug or something other meaningless limitation?
It’s related to this part, You have to create a mesh space and provide a reference for the base animation to be added to. It’s really unnecessarily niche. Aim offset is a type of additive animation structure. It doesn’t work like Blend Space. So far so good, but it would be better if they wrote such things in the documentation or as explanations in the editor.
Then they look at the situation from the outside and say, “How could you not know this? Just look at the people who are busy with these things!” The real cleverness lies in making things “Simplier”. Hiding the key in an unknown part of the room and watching people try to guess its location doesn’t mean anything.
This unreal engine does not actually need to be a course curriculum that needs to be learned on its own. It would be better if it was understandable to anyone who knows the concepts of typical game engine content.
