Sometime the context menu bug is related to driver issues, try to install latest drivers for your graphics card(studio version for nvidia).
Does the shortcut “ctrl+c” work for it ?
You might want to test on another fresh project too if that happen again.

Besides what Pixiebell suggested about updating the drivers, you can try restarting the editor. it might just have been a bug. You can also try copying them one at a time using Ctrl D, because,even though it shouldn’t, you sometimes can’t copy multiple static meshes (SM) at once.
I looked around for the same error in other Unreal posts and didn’t find anything exactly like what’s happening to you. If the issue persists, you could open a support ticket.
