Hello,
I feel like I’ve tried everything. I’ve baked at different resolutions, with different options, in Blender, but nothing works; I always end up with these jagged lines on my texture.
The only solution I’ve found is to disable mipmaps, but I don’t want to do that. I don’t know much about Unreal Engine. I just want to create 3D assets and sell them, so I want to make sure they’re ready to use.
Since your textures look as intended in the other platforms, it could be related to how lighting is affecting your mesh. Set your scene to Base Color view, and check if the lines remain present in your mesh. If they still show up even with the lights off, double check that the seams of your UV are not overlapping with each other.
Also, you can test disabling Nanite from your mesh, as the feature can affect certain builds. Double click on your mesh in Content Browser, and look for the Nanite check to disable it:
Next, check your texture maps, and make sure that your normal map’s compression is set to NormalMap, and that sRGB is off:
Lines remains when i set my scene to base color view, I checked my seams and they don’t overlap. Disable nanite doesn’t work. Unfortunately, nothing work.
