Why are random objects on my map becoming emissive?

I just wanna say that this map we have is Jam packed full of stuff. Anyways.

I was playing last night and ran into an issue. …
Randomly…something in the map whether it be an enemy. …or sometimes my projectiles are EXTREMELY emissive. …and usually just a random color…it honestly makes ZERO sense considering nothing in the materials or lighting has been changed…AND its random to what actor…it also seems to get more and more viscious. . . we’re very confused…and a little worried…
