Why are my packaged and editor meshes lit differently?

Hi all,

5.4 - VR

Why is there a discrepancy with my packaged and editor mesh, in regards to the light?

I have it set to Vulkan preview but it’s fine in all the platform previews anyway, also packages fine to windows.

It seems to be effecting just objects using instances of my master material I’m using for my textures.
