Why are my colours so blocky after importing?

Hi, I created some models on the Maya 2016 trial and imported them to my UE4 project, they were all blocky in colour so I looked up a solution, as a result I exported/imported the models to UE4 again but I made sure to tick “Smoothing Groups” which solved the issue,

however my problem is that I’m getting the same issue on another model despite doing what I did before. I don’t know what to do.
