Why are all players but one falling through terrain?


I am starting a new map. Pretty large map. I went to play settings and changed the players to 3…doesn’t matter how many I use. when I hit play, the main character acts as it should with no issues but the other two fall through the terrain or so it seems but I can still see them on the other cameras. See attached pic
What ‘sort of works’ is when I move the player start really high above the terrain, again, all the players seem to fall but the other “networked” players (cameras?) fall through the terrain while the main player works as normal.
I have used multiple player starts which doesn’t fix it.
Using default FPS actors.
