Hi there… I’m sure to be the once to the world with this mistake… When I access to MarketPlace nobody content has a Download Button for me… Only report aolways on the right FREE - Coming soon!!!
So I cannot download nothing! No I’ve not Exmample… Template or other… nothing of nothing…
Which the problem?
Thanks
Could you include a screenshot, some of the content should be labeled coming soon, but other content should be available to download now.
How did you install, did you build the source or did you use a standalone installer?
Also what platform are you using Mac or PC ?
Hi! I use a standalone installer in Windows 8.1!
Nothing content with download appair for me…
Emh… nothing Help? Is there a direct link for download some source template bypassing Marketplace? Thanks
The content seen below are unavailable for download.
However if you scroll that grey bar up to the top - you should see this content available instead:
The ones at the bottom you cannot download yet, however the ones at the top are available to download now - make sure you scroll the grey bar on the side to the top to see the non-coming soon content.
If this isn’t your issue can you please Press Print Screen save out your image in Paint or similar application and then upload it so we can see what you are dealing with.
@michsaporito, post a screenshot and it may be easier to troubleshoot.
Have you tried Clicking “Verify Install” in the launcher? This resolved a few issues I had with content and missing files. Also be sure you’re scrolling in the window.
Many thanks! I’ll try soon! See you
Hi Michsaporito, hmm, apologies for your troubles. Are you able to download and run the editor, or are you seeing “Subscribe” just below your user card?
Calros
Hi! I go in the folder C:\UE4\UE4-2014-03\Engine\Binaries\Win64 and launch UE4Editor.exe. No Verify Install I can found…no Launch Editor! only Subscribe on the left side appair
Hi Michsaporito,
Please run the Launcher first.
C:\UE4\Launcher\Engine\Binaries\Win64\UnrealEngineLauncher.exe
When the Launcher opens, Sign in using your UnrealEngine.com account.
Then, if you are still having an issue with the Marketplace, please post a screenshot of the issue you are seeing.
Thanks!
Hi! I don’t know because…but no there isn’t UnrealEngineLauncher.exe in Win64 folder… only UE4Editor.exe, UE4Editor-Cmd.exe, UE4Game.exe, UnrealFrontend.exe… Incredible…
In order to use the Launcher and properly access UE4, you must have created a paid subscription account on UnrealEngine.com. Once you have this, you can download the Launcher from your account page, which once installed will then download and install the UE4Editor.
We can only offer installation & setup support for users accessing the editor from the Launcher or from our GitHub repository.
Have a good day!
Many Thanks again Stephen! So the Launcher appair only after the paid… Ok
