Site Devs…please help!!!
I have been having a constant issue of not being able to access market place due to a constant error that keeps arising. I have a bookmark to my purchased asset vault which worked for years, but just recently will not work anymore but instead brings up an error. See attached for error.
To get around this error, I have to first go to www.unrealengine.com which is a different saved bookmark and then once it finally allows me in there…I can then go to the my saved vault bookmark. This will then allow me to freely go to my saved vault bookmark for most of the day…then after a long period of time throughout the day the process starts all over again and I have to do the same thing just to visit my vault (which I do regularly).
I have tried everything that has to do with cleaning, fixing, repairing my browser (Firefox latest) to setting different security settings…from none to strict…but nothing ever fixes this d*mn error. I have replaced the bookmark with a fresh one…still happens. I just want to be able to use my bookmark to get to my vault without having to go through ridiculous hoops to get there…or at least have the site recognize me so i don’t have to keep doing this.
