Why am I getting this message, "This installation package is not supported by this processor type"?

im running windows 8.1 and when I go to my dashboard and click download for windows I get this error:
“This installation package is not supported by this processor type. Contact your product vendor”

Are you running Win8.1 32-bit or 64-bit?

The UE4 Editor is not supported on 32-bit systems–Do you have another system that would support running UE4?
