Why am I getting distinct lines between landscape components when using the Foliage Painter?

Hello All,

I am getting very distinct lines (lack of foliage) in my foliage when painting it onto my landscape when painting near the intersection of two landscape components. I want to know how to make eliminate this issue and paint a more seamless foliage. Please see picture - the lack of foliage is between the two black lines.

Apologies if I am not using the correct terms here. I have one imported landscape. When I refer to components I mean the individual quadrants that can be highlighted Landscape > Manage section of UE4.

Same problem with procedural foliage spawner.

Empty corridor in between landscape components.
Is it:

1- Bug?
2- Inability?
3- There is an option to eliminate it?

I found the answer. You have to disable “collision with world” setting in your static mesh foliage settings.
