Why am I getting an Error 2738, installation error?

I have tried all the instructions on other questions, but nothing will work. I have uninstalled Macaffe, and tried registering the vbscript.dll files. I have also tried to use the fix-it, still didn’t work (I have also restarted on all of these steps).

Have you tried reinstalling DirectX? I happened to me when I had a fresh Windows installation
