Whole screen goes black for 1 second when I hover a button

I used UE4 for a year without any problem on my old weaker PC and now after I bought a new one I keep getting this bug. Every time I hover/click a button my whole screen goes black for 1 second, when I looked this issue up it seemed nobody except one other guy had the same issue.

My PC specs incase they matter:
CPU: Ryzen 7 2700X.
Memory: Dual 16GB DDR4 3000Mhz.
GPU: GTX 1070 Ti 8GB ROG STRIX.
Monitor: XG3240C (2K, 144hz, 32 inch, VA).

  • I already tried checking it on a clean project and it keeps happening.

Problem solved - at the time of posting this Nvidia released a broken set of drivers that did not work with UE4. I had an AMD card on my old PC which explains why it worked there before.
