Whitelisted domains required for twinmotion/quixel to work

Our IT department has implemented content filtering software that appears to be limiting Twinmotion from accessing certain quixel megascan content. Can you provide a list of which domains/ports would need to be open for the quixel assets to be searchable?

As an example, I'm able to see the assets directly on Quixel.com in a browser (3D Assets/Props/Hardware/Piping) but when I try to access this same location within Twinmotion, I get no results. As a matter of fact, the only subcategory that's accessible is the Accessories - Chain/Electrical/Nuts and Bolts/Tool are all blank.

Hello ,

Thank you for posting in the community regarding this issue. This is something we are aware of and are actively working on resolving. I do not have a timeframe when we can address this but as a workaround you can manually go to the website and download them. https://youtu.be/cBmwHlM3kfg

For reference here are the articles to reference for our services to whitelist and be aware of and could potentially help:

Hello ,

We have made some updates on our end to help address this problem, could you check if this is still happening as it's not related to any services you need to whitelist since you are able to see the other Quixel Assets. Looking forward to hearing back from you.

Kind regards,

Vincent B.

Hello ,

I hope you are doing well and wanted to check with you if the problem is still occurring?

For reference, here is the updated whitelist for the cloud Library:

Please let me know if the problem is still occurring after this.

Hi Vincent, thank you for helping with these whitelist items, we are also having trouble connecting behind our firewall - these are the addresses we have open…

Are we missing anything? Thanks heaps in advance!
