While hit or block some part of body on a Physical Animation Kinematic Root charactor, what data&event can i get?

while hit or block some part of body on a Physical Animation Kinematic Root charactor, what data&event can i get?
eg. use Physical Animation Kinematic Root charactor for test, if it was pushed on the upper body, what data and event can i know, in order to transform the whole charactor or the feet based on the different magnitude and angle of pushing force which is already made the charactor “deform” by Physical Animation so can i know the changed bone position and the time and event when it’s “deforming” which means some bones are away from the position from the animation position they should be.
