Which is best unreal engine 4 version or release I can run and use ?

Hi , I want to build games using unreal engine so here are my specs

4GB RAM
Intel(R) Core™ i5-2520M CPU @ 2.50GHz
INTEL HD GRAPHICS 3000
165 GB SSD
So I Know i cant run unreal engine 5 and system is very weak,
but still which will be the best version or release of unreal engine 4 to use. Please don’t disappoint me , I want to build using unreal engine.
Please tell all the ways to build a good or fine game using this system with unreal engine.
edit: I want to build 3d games

Start with 4.27 and work your way back down. Your main problem is the integrated graphics.
