Thank you for posting in the community and recommend you provide more details on what you are looking for to do. Is this a real place or random city generated content?

There are many sites where you can buy models or get free content like in Twinmotion with Sketchfab and Quixel. Additionally there is a context massing tool that imports building blocks and streets.
