Which app for andriod can read a project made on Windows? Can't find anything related to Unreal Engine

Hi guys, I’m new to this and maybe you already discussed it somewhere I can’t find, I wanted to make a project (imported into Unreal from other softwares) and simply watch it in AR with my phone (Android), but also possible to see it with ios.

I followed the tutorial on the Games/Blueprint/etc but I am stuck, I don’t even find the UE4 app on google play.
