So I noticed that when I click on static mesh there’s no settings for it. I (4.17 and 4.18) but it is there in 4.12. Where has it gone and why?

Static mesh settings as they can be seen in 2nd picture
I also have this issue. I need to find it to fix a lighting error.
Looks like they just changed it to “General Settings” and changed what settings are available there.
How do you fix the issue now ?
I have a smiple mesh wall with back side invisible.
This setting is no more.
