Hey there - as far as I know, there is no such ‘place’ where folks are verified and rates are publically available. Your best bet is posting here and then asking for resumes or case studies and references.

^This^ would be amazing… Sadly never seen one around. Even just a watchlist of unreliables: time-wasters / dodgy scammers to avoid would be great. The forums used to offer this once actually… There was a long running thread that offered tips about finding / screening people. But guess Epic decided to nuke it. Who knows, maybe you can still find it on Web-Archive or Google-cache or something like that… Don’t recall exact thread title… EDIT: Wait, here’s something:
