Where To Contact Official Unreal Engine Staffs Support?

As per the topic headline, I need to contact official Unreal Staffs for support.
I know one of way is to contact Epic for Custom licensing then they will establish connection with me but the help portal always returned error when I try to Submit the info.

I have already contacted them using the email at help@support.epicgames.com but I haven’t heard back from them so far.
I wonder if there is any others way to contact them, via telephone or email.

Welcome to the Unreal Engine Community Forum. If you’re looking to directly contact the support team, your best bet is going through https://www.epicgames.com/help/en-US/. You can submit a ticket/email from there.

I filled out all infos as stated in the form, things look right until I press Submit.

Can you suggest me why can’t I Submit my Ticket Forms above or others to contacts Official Unreal Engine Suppport Team?
Anh I live in VietNam, could that be that my region is locked from using your services?
