Where to buy textures / props for archviz ?

I am sure making your own textures and props is a good thing, but for testing purposes and portfolio pieces I would rather not burn very little time I have on custom textures / props.

Can you recommend places where I could purchase texture sets (diffuse/normal/displacement/specular/gloss/etc.) or perhaps UE4-ready materials for archviz, and props (furniture, appliances, etc.) ?

Epic’s marketplace is your best bet.
With other sites you need to make sure they have the model unwrapped properly both for texturing and lightmapping, which isn’t very common imo.

I checked both it seems more EU oriented furniture / decor, especially Evermotion (not that it’s critical for portfolio).
