Browser Version Issue:
If the download button isn’t working in the browser version, but Quixel Bridge works fine, it might be a specific issue. You can report it on the Quixel support forum.
Some users found that disabling their ad blockers (like uBlock Origin) resolved the issue. You might want to give that a shot.
Twinmotion Issues:
If you’re using Twinmotion, there have been cases where signing out of the Epic Games Launcher, restarting it, and then signing back in helped resolve download errors1.
Also, check if Ransomware protection or “Controlled Folder Access” in Windows security is blocking Twinmotion from accessing the local documents folder. This could prevent Megascans assets from downloading.
Missing Assets in Library:
Sometimes Quixel Megascans assets don’t appear in the library. Deleting the QuixelCloudLibrary.tml file and redownloading the assets might help
