I’m sorry if I chose the wrong section I just didn’t know where to write. I contacted the support team and they told me to go Visit Unreal Engine Support for Help and Customer Service - Unreal Engine with my question. This place is the only one where I found how to contact the support team.

Later I’ve got a message from Dxracer guys:
****Congratulations! You have been chosen as one of the lucky winners!
Attached is a Liability Release form. We will need this completely filled out and returned to us within 14 days or you will forfeit your claim to the prize. Upon receipt of the completed form, we will ship your chair at no cost to you.

I wrote an email to the specified email with the attached document which contained all of the requested information and after that, I heard nothing from DxRacer.
I sent them emails several times from my other email address in case if previous was banned/lost and still no answer. Also, I haven’t got this chair by post and there were no notifications about this. It’s been 6 months already since I contacted them, no reaction.
I want to make it clear. I can afford any chair that I want I just want to let Epic games know how their partners treat customers.
