yeah, low resolution, definitely. If you look at the screenshot you posted you an just barely make out that User Interface Is being shown but it is only 1 pixel high. If you know to look for it and you look at the pixels you can see "Yes, that pixel and that pixel is for the U and that one is for the f… lol. 
Definitely low resolution issue. Perhaps you have your Windows setup to scale the interface so you are running at the resolution you are used to but then Windows scales it and thus gives you less screen space?
At least Everynone gave you a workaround in case you can’t change the resolution for some reason.
