Like the title say I would like to know where the Oculus Platform Utility is installed. When I try to download via the Oculus Platform Utility tool in Unreal it just hangs forever on downloading 0%. If I knew where it was trying to install it to or how it’s trying to access it I would be able to download it myself manually. As an aside if anyone knows how to fix the stuck at 0% downloading that would be helpful too

I found this website for the “Oculus Platform Utility”, but I get a security warning from Windows when I try to install it. When I skip and install anyways, nothing happens.
