Where is the animation notifier bar?

I am trying to place animation notifiers on specific frames of my animations for walking and running (to be used to make footprint noises). In every youtube video and website I find, it shows people editing in this dedicated notifiers bar in an animation sequence (circled below). I do not have this. All I have is a timeline and no matter how many menus I go in or options I click I can not get this bar in my animation sequence editor. Using the timeline I’m stuck with only lets me create notifier tracks, not edit them in any sort of way

What you have IS a notify track. It’s just a new version. In your case, you have zoomed out too far and you don’t see the individual frames.

Thank you for reaching out, that makes much more sense. But now how do I place these tracks onto the timeline? Righting clicking in the timeline doesn’t give me any options to add a track and right clicking anywhere in the notifiers drop down doesn’t let me add it to the timeline. I can’t duplicate what you’re showing in that picture essentially.

“1” is your notify track. Right click within this track under the frame numbers.

Oooooh okay I understand. I didn’t see that it depends where you right click vertically on the timeline. I kept right clicking to the right of “curves” and wasn’t getting the right results. Thank you so much I appreciate your help with such a dumb question.
