Where is Tags in UE5.3? Working with Ability System

I want to make Gameplay Effect but it has no Tags.
What should i do to make them appear?

Expand “Gameplay Effect”, add a Component to add tags

[Santikmaster1 (Santikmaster)]

I want to make a cooldown to my ability. But if I add a component and then add a tag to it like on the screenshot it does not work.
