Where is my place actors tab?

My place actors tab says it is enabled, but is gone. How do I get this back?

(I know that you can place actors using the place actors tab but I need this fixed)

Hello,

In the drop-down menu at the bottom choose Load layout > Defaut Editor Layout.
This will reset the layout and display your window again.
