4.27 is the final release of UE4.
Unreal Engine 4.27 is the final release for the Unreal Engine4.xx series.
From here on out, Unreal Engine 5 will be the predecessor. When Unreal Engine 5 is officially released, you’ll want to migrate your UE4 project to UE5.

May I ask where could I find an official statement that UE4.27 will be the last subversion of UE4? (I looked around on UDN, but all I could d d find was that there will not be a version 4.27.3, but nothing regarding an official standpoint on 4.28.)
