Where/how, I can't find UE4Editor.exe in source code

I download https://github.com/EpicGames/UnrealEngine
can’t find : UE4Editor.exe in C:\UnrealEngine-4.26\UnrealEngine-4.26\Engine\Binaries\Win64

I search in answerhub about UE4Editor.exe, tons of users having problems with it, will I have errors after I found UE4Editor.exe ?? OMG.

compiled the engine!! you mean when its compiling inside unreal engine?
