I try to find issue list of UE on github. Usually it placed here:
But there isn`t any button and it looks like:
The question is how to find UE4 issue list on github?
I’ve asked for this in the past and to the best of my knowledge there isn’t a register anywhere. Not even Jira like UT has - https://unrealtournament.atlassian.net/projects/UT/issues
But they’re looking into it.

Epic Games doesn’t track their issues in public issue tracker. They use internal JIRA for this purpose. Answerhub is the public issue tracker. That’s why Github issue functionality is turned off for their repo.
The issue numbers (from their internal JIRA) Epic people may give you are only for tracking purposes, so that you can later find references to specific issues in release notes, other questions on answerhub or in GitHub commit messages.
