I just submitted a Crash Report with a total garbage description (I had two Editors open and I thought the other one had crashed). Where do all my crash reports end up and is there a way to see the ones I sent and comment on them or retract them?
Hi btengelh,
Once a crash report is sent, there is not currently a way for users to track their crashes. They are sent to a database that we can look through but it is not available to the public.
There is a way of re-reporting the crash though if you would like to. If you submit a bug report on the ‘Bug Reports’ section of the Answerhub, you can detail how the crash came to be and attach the logs which are located at the project’s location → Saved → Logs.
It would be even more helpful, if you can reproduce the crash, if you copy everything listed in the crash reporter. That’ll include a little extra information that isn’t stored in the logs that would make it easy for us to find your specific crash in the database.
I hope this information is helpful to you
Have a nice day
Thanks Clark. This is valuable information that should be made (more?) clear by the crash reporter window. Until now I thought everything possible will be transferred to your database.
