Where do I start for environment creation - brand new to Unreal Engine

Hi All
A bit of background - I used to be an avid landscape photographer in the UK, but due to my disability cannot now travel to the places that I want to photograph.
I am fairly experienced in Blender, but rendering is slow. I’m looking to create real-world locations in 3D or create new locations, to create landscape images with a twist.
I’ve started looking at some of the tutorials, but quite a few already assume UE knowledge.
Just wondered if anyone had any pointers for someone brand new to UE who wants to create either still renders or short animations of photorealistic landscapes.
Looking forward to getting to know people and learning what looks like an amazing tool.
Cheers
Ian

I would say, get some groovy looking assets from the marketplace ( lot of good nature assets there ) and put a scene together!

That way, you can get used to the interface while you’re making something worthwhile…

I agree with @ClockworkOcean - the best way is to dive right in and start placing and moving assets/actors around, that’s how I learned the interface, made a lot of mistakes along the way. Being a landscape photographer, a photographer period, you’re probably really good at composition. Use primitives to block out your scene. Place a camera into your scene and use it often for comp. Then, as @ClockworkOcean suggested, purchase some nature assets from the Marketplace and start building your world! Good luck, @iwatts35191 - can’t wait to see the result of your first project.
