It looks like Unreal Engine 3 has disappeared from the Unreal Engine documentation page.
Where did you go?
I’m still checking it regularly, so I don’t want it to disappear.
It got removed since UE3/UDK is not distributed anymore. Even if you got UDK you can not distribute game made in it as Epic don’t license UE3 games anymore
Very scummy of Epic, as many games are still built with Unreal Engine 3 (A Hat In Time, for instance)
Finding documentation to mod this game is nearly impossible, and so goes with other UE3 games.
The least they could’ve done is kept the pages up, or added a download button somewhere to download all the old pages.
I think it’s working again. And was down for only a few days. It happens from time to time. I read it regularly and it was working just last week.
Speaking of docs, pretty sure they nuked all the “Release Notes” from UE4 docs during transition to a new website. Or i don’t know where to find them… I’ve been using a web archives version to read them… From 4.0 to 4.26 all were in one place.
