Where did the Tutorials Tab go?

I am stumbling into so many hidden places where there is more documentation, examples, or even parameters for the project. Drinking from the firehose!

I just tried the vanilla a C++ 3rdPerson example, when a Tutorials Tab became visible. I like how it marked the completed lessons with a green checkmark. Now I want to pull up that Tutorials Tab again, but how do I make it appear? It is not on the Learn Tab of the launcher…

What version are you on? There may be GUI differences between certain versions.

The flashing graduate hat? I must have missed the tutorial that says there are more tutorials located there!
