There is no link to in in the documentations and when ever i click a link to it ( In the search results for example, under the “API” tab ) it says “404 not found” . how am i supposed to know how to use C++ like that ?

Search is actually broken, links lead to the old API directory.
Don’t forget you still have Engine\Documentation\CHM\API.chm
